You hereby:-
1. Acknowledge that You understand that firearms’ training of any type is inherently dangerous.
2. Warrant that You have no pre-existing medical condition which would preclude Yourself from participating in such training.
3. Irrevocably indemnify The East Rand Shooting Club (“the Company”) it’s directors and its employees, contractors or agents, or any third party whatsoever and hold them harmless from any claim that You,Your successors, executors or dependants may have against any or all of the aforesaid entities relating to any injury, damage or harm which You may suffer or sustain, either directly or indirectly, from whatsoever cause arising from Your participation in such training or any other activity conducted under the auspices of the Company, or any cause whatsoever.
